The Micro 3000 Foaming System is a simple and effective method developed for the cleaning of vehicle fleets and cylinders.

Micro 3000 is a water-based degreaser applied through a foaming gun, as thick biodegradable foam.
The foam can be applied to all surfaces including bodywork, tarpaulins, cylinders, engines, tyres and under carriages.
Dirt on surfaces will be extruded with foaming and high-pressure water.

• NO handling or dilution of chemical required by staff members (thereby also increasing safety factor)
• NO brushes or brooms necessary for cleaning
• System works effectively with cold water.
• The product is biodegradable, which makes it safe for the environment and also acts as a sanitiser.
• More than one cylinder can be cleaned at one time
• Bulk cleaning of cylinders can be done on vehicle or platform

INSTALLATION
The Foaming Gun is simply connected to a high-pressure machine. NO further equipment or expense is necessary.

STEP ONE:
Apply foam with foaming gun, through a high pressure machine. The foaming gun automatically dilutes on a 50:1 ratio and creates a thick white foam, which can be applied to all surfaces where cleaning is necessary.

STEP TWO:
Rinse off foam with cold high-pressure water.

NOTE:
No extended reaction time is necessary, but a short increase in waiting time will allow for stubborn dirt to be removed.
